Got one of the dual tradie fans. Has absolutely made hot days 1,000 times easier at work. Battery lasts ages and charges quickly.

To charge 40% of my fone it took mayb half hr and used 40% of Cappycool charger. In my opinion far was quick and good i suppose.

I read reviews and purchased it. Pretty good gadget.

Fantastic device! I bought myself, husband and adult son one because of how good they are. Keeps me cool working in stagnant airflow areas and while mowing the lawns, it keeps my husband cool working in his hot workshop and I’ve recently purchased another one with the frequent discount they give out for my adult son who is out in the QLD sun. Absolute best purchase I’ve bought in a long time.

its a glorified fan . I just thought it would be better. its not like an air con feeling at all which is what I thought i was getting. I do not recommend
the customer service is good and they are really nice ppl. if you are just looking for a small relief then its prob good for you. just not what i was after

Hot weather and I are not friends. I start complaining when the thermometer hits 20! My partner is a tradie who has to work in long pants and long sleeves, and I cringe every morning watching him head off to site knowing how hot he’ll be. Neck fans aren’t suitable for job sites, so we needed a better, safer option.

First impressions out of the box were excellent. Everything was packaged neatly and professionally, and the equipment looked tough and sturdy straight away, exactly what you want for tradie use.

I purchased two waist fan and magnetic mount bundles…one for me and one for my husband. Even without the magnetic mount, there are already so many attachment options including a lanyard, belt clips, and a leg stand.

The magnetic mount is a standout. It makes the fan incredibly versatile so I can simply pick it up and move it with me around the house as I go. With a baby and kids, my hands are often full, so being able to position the fan anywhere easily is such a bonus.

The magnetic stand also comes with multiple mounting options, including screw mounting, clipping, or using the non-slip base pad. It genuinely means you can take it anywhere and use it in so many different ways.

Both units arrived over halfway charged, so they were ready to use straight out of the box. They also come with a USB-C charging cable, and you can even use them while charging, which is incredibly handy.

They’re very easy to use, with five speed settings. You can clip the fan to the front or back of your pants and wear your shirt over the top to completely conceal it. There’s nothing dangling or exposed, which makes it job-site safe. Despite being compact and concealed, the airflow is impressive, even on the lowest setting.

Both units have performed extremely well. I use mine clipped to the pram, move it around the house, and take it outside with me into the backyard. It’s been so practical.

So many pros… and the only con? I didn’t buy enough, because the kids keep stealing it from me!

I would definitely buy again and highly recommend the CapyCool bundle. It’s not just for tradies… it’s perfect for anyone who wants a quick, effective way to cool down. Ideal for work, the beach, the park, or at home.

With a heatwave fast approaching, I needed this, and fast. I used the chat option and was connected to Amy immediately. I asked whether pick-up was available, as I’m also based in Sydney. Her only question was, “When do you need it?” 🙌🏼🙌🏼 She just needed to check stock, as items were selling quickly, especially with the sales on.

Next thing, Amy had everything organised for me to collect the very next morning. I mentioned I have three kids under five and that mornings can be a little hectic, and she went above and beyond by arranging for someone to hand-deliver the order to my car.

The next day I parked out the front and called ahead to say I’d arrived. Within a minute or so, Will came out with my order and a big smile on his face. I was genuinely grateful for the extra effort from both Amy and Will, a real credit to the company.

Nothing but positivity for both the product and the customer service from beginning to end. These will sell out fast. The boys on site are already jealous as they drip with sweat while my husband stays chill.

I bought the waist fan for my team members. They absolutely love it. They clip them to their belt and they have a cool breeze during those hot summer days!

Heard about these waist/belt fans last year from a few guys at work but was skeptical. After chatting for 30 mins with the guys at capycool about my use case, they were incredibly helpful and honest as well. They told me about the pros and drawbacks of each option, things to look out for and never tried to push a sale. I bought it and received it in just 2 days and I am absolutely blown away by how good it is. Sure it’s no air con, but it provides much needed relief, and it’s only going to get more useful as we go into summer.

Earlier this year I had a fantastic experience with CapyCool. I was going in for surgery and wanted to get my capybara obsessed daughter a gift to open whilst I was in hospital. Somehow our local shops sold out of the capybara gifts I was considering (one shop has 30 plushies and the next day they were all gone 😭). I googled and found CapyCool. I was hesitant to order at fiest because I thought finding an Australia based business called CapyCool was too good to be true... but I was desperate. My only question was if they could get the item to Melbourne in 2 days 😬 This is when the magic happened and the team blew away my expectations. They dispatched asap monday morning via expres post. AU post let us down and it didn't arrive on the Tuesday but I could see on the tracking that CapyCool had queried AU post so they were as invested as I was. On the Wednesday the package arrived mid morning about 20 mins before I had to leave. The team were friendly, responsive, and caring and the product exceeded expectations. I ordered the capybara backpack that looks like a plushie and it is exactly as pictured. If you or someone you know is a capybara lover I highly recommend this store.

Ordered a bunch of fans urgently for our family just before our trip to Singapore (35 degree + 90% humidity!), the team helped dispatch the items via auspost express in 30 mins and we received the product the next day. The fans were absolutely incredible, especially the waist fan (which doubled up as an emergency powerbank during the day) and the neck fan. Overall, great experience and great products.

Bought a few fans for our warehouse team and was very pleased with the purchase and experience. The team gave us alot of advise on which type of fan would work best for our guys.
