The most fluffy, comfy capybara's ever

I simply love this business so much, been here since the beginning when they did the strawberry and orange almost collect every one. First found them on Instagram through an add and so glad i purchase because I've been growing the collection ever since because of how not only they look adorable but they are also very fluffy too and soft to.

I am hoping maybe after the Christmas or in summer next year to do mango? I think they'll look so cute or more different fruits one in future time as we have got 6 plus avocado for breakfast.

One improvement i think that i know can be achieved is the shipping what it comes in as it comes in a pink plastic bag and when you buy multiple at once in one small bag sometimes hard to cut open due from it being so compact in one. It would be cool if you guys did a personal based on your company capyera shipping box for your capybaras instead of a bag.

But other than that I am very happy with this company and I know I will be a long time supporter for this Capyera company.

I wish I can show a picture on here for future buyers so they can see how adorable and soft they truly are.

I have ordered from here a few times…

I have ordered from here a few times now and never had any complaints. The price of the cabybara's had always been great and there are always some kind of special offers which makes ordering more at once easier. I will definitely keep ordering from Capyera in the future.

Obsessed with the alien capybara

Obsessed with the alien capybara. Ive bought every single item thats come out relating to them from plushies, stickers, bags and shirts. The quality is amazing, shipped fast, packed well, respond to emails quickly. Would love a pay in 4 option like afterpay or paypal so i can keep up with my obsession. Amazing!

This firm are excellent in all stages of thr making and delivering. Any query I have had has been dealt with efficiantly and quickly. My grandchildren love the capybaras that I have bought and I think the last coubt was 14. Keep up the good work.

Consistent with good customer service

I've purchased from Capyera each time a new release drops, so I believe I've ordered about 6-7 time from them. I'm sad to hear that others haven't had a good experience. I've received each product I've paid for, and when there was a slight delay due to shipping, they personally reached out to me and apologized. They did provide a discount as well for my next purchase which was kind of them.

The plush have always arrived in good condition, same with the sticker sets and the pins. I haven't had any issues ordering from them and will continue to support their business.

Big fat ZERO for customer service

One I ordered became out of stock, so my order was fulfilled with two of the same. They belligerently kept my money and told me the only remedy was to order again and make use of their promotional offer. They may as well have told me to ‘get lost’! Avoid. They’re not cheap even if on offer.

Extreme pain to get a refund if parcel lost

I am filled with outrage and sadness as I am writing this. The company slogan is "In a mission to spread Cappiness!", but they have delivered the CRAPPIEST experience ever.

I love capybaras and I love breakfast food, so when I saw the Breakfast Bundle capybaras I just couldn't resist - coffee, avocado, and croissant capybaras? Say no more!

Much to my regret, I pre-ordered the breakfast bundle. On the day of delivery, I stayed at home all day in anticipation of their arrival. When I received the notification that my parcel has arrived, I opened the door to -- nothing! I checked the photo of delivery and found that it was dumped in an unsecured commual area. I went to the spot shown in the photo -- nothing! It was like the parcel was never there -- or just there long enough for the photo to be taken.

I immediately contacted the customer service, and there it began a three-week long email exchange. The company asked me to ask my neighbours (I did!), contact the retailer (I did, and was roundly ignored), and then call the police (yes, you heard that right!).

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, it is my statutory right that the consumer is entitled to a refund in the event of a package loss and it is the duty of the retailer to provide it.

But no -- I have received no refund. No replacement of what I ordered. No cappiness.

Only crappiness.

*Edit: I am eventually able to get a refund. Unfortunately, I really do not want to go through this experience again. Therefore, with sadness, I’m not coming back to this online store.

Contacted this company when I got two…

Contacted this company when I got two green Cappy bear keychains. On the site it said Violet key capybara keychains and apparently below it said Matcha, which I did not see. I saw Violet, which is a purple color. I left a unsatisfactory review because it was very confusing the way it was listed on their website again “violet capybara keychain. Someone from the company contacted me and said they would send out a replacement Violet capybara because of the confusion. She asked if I would change my review which I went ahead and did before I received the replacement capybara. Something I will never do again. I never received it and when I contacted them again regarding this, I was told that no, Buy order said green capybara’s even though it showed Violet capybara in the title. I will never purchase from this company again. Very misleading, and not trustworthy.

Disgusting Advertising Tactics.

uses scummy advertising tactics such as listing items as 55% off constantly. There is no way you're gonna charge $130 for 4 small plushes, be so for real. This is illegal in some countries and I wish they would own up to it or get cracked down on.
