Non existent customer service

After past experience of being ignored when enquiring about placing an order I thought I would try again.

Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Seller never communicated and shut down their facebook page after I tried to contact them there. Ignored phone calls.

Just don't waste your time, energy and money with this person.

Paypal refunded.

Sad really, as they've got a well set up and genuinely informative website.

Zero stars should be an option

Zero stars should be an option. Like other reviewers, I placed an order that never arrived.
I sent a message after 2 weeks asking where my order was and got the automated reply that they will be in touch within 24 hrs. They were not.
I sent a message via facebook,....Nothing.
I tried ringing them...no answer.
I left a message....no response.
Opened up a Paypal dispute so let's see what that brings.
Avoid!

I had to put 1 star
I had to put 1 star, because there was not an option for no stars. Diabolical customer service, ignore all my messages. You cannot call them, just managing to send them messages through Facebook, and emails. Asked for a refund, which they agreed. Over 2 weeks later, no refund, and ignoring all messages. I have had to contact my credit card company to get my £345 back. Will report them to trading standards, as, by looks of their reviews, they are an awful company to deal with and don not refund without intervention.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, AVOID at all cost. My mother in law as purchased and returned an item to them. Luckily she used recorded delivery. They are saying they haven’t received the item back and won’t refund even though royal mail have said they returned it. SCAMMERS

Hi,

We have never doubted that the kit wasn't received. We simply asked for the tracking number as there was a handwritten note in the box with an incorrect order number. We ensure we refunded the correct order, we asked for the tracking number.

Our refund process is 14 days. How quick the monies goes back into the account depends on which method they paid, i.e. Paypal - can be a few days, however, Credit Card can take up to 14 days. This is not us that sets the rules this is the bank/companies.

We a small family business and do ask all of our customers for time to respond. We are not Amazon or ASOS.

Absolutely Terrible

I have to say that this company is deliberately destroying its own reputation. They never answer your questions, they never get back to you! If you have customers who want to buy your products, you would think they would make some effort to sell them. Sadly, Caravan Things must be a back bedroom run company who’s management couldn’t care less. Avoid!

Waste of Time

They don’t respond to emails or FB messages. Obviously they don’t want my business and receive poor reviews 🤷🏻‍♂️
Communication and customer service is in the gutter.

The worst customer service I ever had. CARAVAN THING Pathetic

The worst customer service I ever had. Over priced and lack of information makes this easy to set up equipment difficult to set up. Asked several times for correct angle to set up wifi receiver, never received. Promises, promises, which never happens, basically take your money and run.
You can purchase the same equipment on amazon for half the price.
Eventually got it working thanks to giff gaff who sorted required data within an hour of asking.
Purchased on 24/04/2023, arrived late, managed to resolve myself on the 8/6/2023
AVOID, do it your self.
They finally respond!! Only when I have given a truthful review.
Still no response, but a typical reply to a review from a company with poor customer service.

All of our kits are set-up and go. There are full instructions included in the box. We supply kits just like any normal retailer.

Regarding delivery - your kit was purchased on the 24th April and the Royal Mail stated they handed it over to you on the 11th May at 10:58... along with a photo of your concrete door step. We clearly state 7-10 working days for all orders.

I have had brilliant service. No issues what so ever. I will definitely be recommending to neighbours and friends.

Total rip off waited 1 month for…

Total rip off waited 1 month for product totly ignored all requests for refund when it did arrive I returned unopened and again requested refund 6 weeks later was told return was damaged so no refund ava able asked for product back for trading standards inspection still being ignored so £185 worse off and no product to show for it total and utter conmen with no direct Communication with anyone also no address to call in person DISGUSTING

Poor customer service

I purchased a 'plug and play' router and to be fair it does the job. I decided to add an external antenna and contacted the company on three occasions. They failed to reply. It appears if they can't supply what you want they don't bother to tell you.

Terrible aftercare!!

Customer service was exceptional at the beginning but as soon as they’d had my £400 it’s a different story. After they finally acknowledged my emails and said they wanted to help improve my signal, 2 weeks ago, I am still waiting!! £400 for 1 bar of internet is daylight robbery. I definitely won’t be recommending them on my site when asked who I use for internet as their aftercare is rubbish. No contact telephone number on their website, very convenient!

Great WiFi product which had to be…

Great WiFi product which had to be returned due to the reset button being pressed in error. They offered to fix it, but after 3 weeks they won’t even reply to either my emails or ‘Chat’ messages! Very poor customer service.

Really helpful company

Really helpful company. Ordered product 10th June. Received tracking number 2 days later. Received item 15th.

Couldn’t fault it.

Messaged online. Spoke with Darren. Seems really knowledgeable about products and which would work and would not.

He mentioned if product signal didn’t work. I could refund and he would send alternative products, however it worked perfectly.

Wouldn’t be put off by reviews. People do like to moan but never highlight the good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
