Dishonest and failed to take responsibility
Carvana was dishonest and sold my parents a car that did not even pass a STANDARD inspection, after pushing their "150 point inspection"...and yet when my parents received the vehicle, the struts were in dangerously poor condition ready to snap under normal operation, the tires were dry rotted, and the alignment was out - when they drove, it pulled very sharply to the left. Carvana fails to take responsibility and keeps passing them off to a third party. By the way they were a no call no show on the initial date the vehicle was supposed to be delivered, and all I all tied my mom up on the phone for about 8 hours between not delivering their vehicle when they said they would the first time, and shop repairs after the car was brought to them. Not impressed, so I won't be using them in the future, and I'll be warning all of my friends about this experience.
