After struggling to source a new replacement window for my 2013 Swift challenger. I tried various websites with no luck. I came across Caravan Crazy and contacted them to see if they could help. I was aware caravan manufacturers are no help at all once they have sold you the caravan. The guys at Caravan Crazy couldn't have been more helpful. After a few questions and measurements they managed to source me a brand new window at a good price. The new window arrived in a week and the packaging was excellent. I think it would have been easier to break into Fort Knox. If you are looking for a new window replacement for your caravan I would definitely recommend Caravan Crazy.

First class service. After my Ace Supreme Twinstar had a window damaged in a winter storm I struggled to get any Pembrokeshire company to repair it. I had to find the correct replacement window myself.
Contacted this company they asked some questions and spoke with the owner for advice. He sent me videos and was very helpful.
Window ordered and fitted it today.

Caravancrazy have managed to get me two windows on separate occasions for my Globecar campscout campervan. Chris is an absolute star...good comms and friendly. The windows are so bespoke and yet they seem to either have them in stock or can order them in which takes a little longer. No-one else seems to know camper windows like they do. I'm hoping not to use their services again as these windows are eye-wateringly expensive, but if I do I won't hesitate to use them. Thanks everyone at Caravancrazy!

I cannot praise this company enough. Such a personal touch. I needed a new window for my motorhome. I had no idea how to measure to get the size, they talked me through it. All was perfect. They answer emails so quickly and when the window arrived it was so well packaged. Any spare parts needed I will be going here. Thanks again.
