Extremely unsafe CO₂ refill at carbondioxide.ie

Extremely unsafe CO₂ refill at carbondioxide.ie. My brand-new 2 kg cylinder came back already frozen around the valve. Within minutes of opening it at home, the burst disc blew with an explosion-level bang and the entire tank vented.

They replaced the disc with a wrong/unrated part, and the same thing happened again the moment I reconnected it. Two catastrophic failures in one afternoon.

Other professionals confirmed the cylinder was overfilled.

No accountability taken.
I cannot recommend this business for CO₂ refills.
