Been using them for approx 18 years always good service and delivery very easy to deal with.

Ordered late inn day and arrived by lunch time next day. Amazing service from courier and Car Builder for being so quick off the mark.
Yet to fit and test it but looks well made.

So much for transparency and customer feedback...

I just gave a detailed product review on stainless steel braided fuel lines (FYI – just one star, because it's a complete PITA to cut and use!) Never appeared on the website... and at £20-plus per metre I would have appreciated some previous user feedback to avoid wasting time and money!

This failure to use critical comments certainly doesn't help the customer, in many cases it actually costs!

I purchased an item that was slightly wrongly described and was wrong-footed regarding the brand I was purchasing. I did email to make this point and they not only confirmed the quality of the parts but also changed the description and refunded me! The quality was in fact very good and the kit sent was excellent. Review from Long Island NY USA , looking for headlight trim rings to fit my headlights, I couldn’t find them anywhere in the US , Car Builder Solutions had them in stock . It my first time ordering from the UK . Everything was great I received my order in 4 days yes 4 days and they were well packaged. I opened the boxes and the quality is really nice. An easy site to order from & my sheet of embossed aliminium heat shield was incredably well packaged to prevent damage. DHL delivered bang on time even though half the local roads were flooded. What more could I ask for!
