I advertised my car in Autotrader. I spoke to Martin on the phone and via text, Whats app and email. He sent me an email confirming his intention to buy the car for an agreed price and copied in the dealership that he was acting for..........then nothing. He ignored my messages, texts & emails. A week later I rang him from a different phone and he answered. I asked why he had strung me along and his reply was that he had been blanked by the dealership he sells on to and had done the same to me. It was now just before Christmas so a very poor time to sell the car so I waited into the new year and started again. Very frustrating and unnecessary behavior.

I would highly recommend Carchaser. Martin was both professional and friendly and made the transaction easy. Martin agreed on a price for my car and came to collect it the same day and transferred the money whilst at my house. Brilliant service! I will definitely call Martin again when I’m looking for my next car.
