I've made two purchases with card collective for Pokemon items.

One time I tried emailing asking if they knew anyone who sells Genshin impact products (perhaps a business partner) but I didn't get a response - meaning customer service side might be lacking somewhere.

Nevertheless, deliveries are always on point with them dispatching either same or next day (even during the festive month) and I've not had problems with the items!

I will keep returning as a customer and hope to find more characters and stuff on there!

Bought two of the Pokemon Electric plush blind box. For starters, they were the most reasonably priced I had managed to find them. Secondly, they arrived very quickly, considering they're Chinese exclusives I was expecting to wait a lot longer. Lastly, they arrived in brilliant condition. Overall, no complaints.Would absolutely recommend. Hopefully they get some more back in stock. I got a Plusle and a Pachirisu. My target is Raichu.

They sent me the slim version of the booster box even though I ordered the jumbo version. They took ages to respond to my emails. 4 weeks later after my original order arrived, I finally have the correct item. The"free gift" as an apology is a booster pack worth no more than £2. Ive ordered from here before and the prices are great and the dispatch is fast, its just when something goes wrong their customer service is terrible.

As a collector, condition and authenticity are everything. Card Collective absolutely delivered. The cards were packed securely with care and arrived in perfect condition as always. Communication was fast and professional. A trustworthy seller that I’ll be returning to regularly.

I’ve used Card Collective on multiple occasions and they’ve never failed to deliver. Easy and stress free from ordering to delivery, will always be at the top of my recommendations for anyone into the hobby.

Ordered cards from them only for them to cancel it a few days later. Why even bother selling if your just gonna cancel peoples orders especially if they know the cards themselves are going up in popularity. I highly don’t recommend this shop.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Card Collective. I used them mainly on TikTok and they always delivered the goods and at good prices. They had an issue with 151c but communicated the whole time, with regular updates. Things go wrong in business but these guys handled it so well. Product came well packaged and all in all happy experience. Cut people slack people, not all companies are Amazon with massive teams.

Despite issues with stock and delays the product came soon as it could, they were responsive in the process and good price! Didn't charge anything extra during the delay as the product spiked elsewhere.

There was a delay with 151 Surprise, but they bent over backwards to honor the order and price.

Sometimes unforeseen things happen, but the mark of a good company is keeping your customers happy no matter what, and they def made every effort to do this.

Great team and great service. Would use again.
