Keine Auszahlung möglich, Geld weg
Habe ähnliches erlebt, man kommt denn nicht mehr an das Guthaben. Das Problem haben u.a. alle Nutzer von e-plus & aldi talk, da diese Anbieter diesen Service nach anfänglicher Nutzung sperren. Auszahlung ist nicht möglich, Erstattung auch nicht und individuelle Lösungen z.B. durch Angebote in Höhe des bestehenden Guthabens werden auch nicht angeboten.
