I purchased a Google Play digital gift card and made the payment, but I still haven’t received the card details. This is completely unacceptable. I tried contacting customer care multiple times, but no one is answering the calls or responding to my issue. Poor service and zero communication! I trusted this platform, but this experience has been terrible. I will never buy from here again unless they fix this immediately.

Unfortunately, my initial order for an online voucher was unexpectedly cancelled, which was incredibly frustrating given it was intended as a last-minute gift. I had to reorder the same voucher the following day, and the processing time left a lot to be desired.

Won a $20 gift card from the McDonald…
Won a $20 gift card from the McDonald monopoly game. Went to redeem it which cost me $5.45 to activate it but then the this company rejects it and said me a email saying we can not proceed and refunded me the $5.45 back. What a joke.

TCN offer a great range of gift cards…
TCN offer a great range of gift cards to suit everyone. Recently security concerns were discovered and it's great that action was taken to address this.
One suggestion I would like to make is that TCN should implement chip cards for two and go as magnetic stripe cards ( especially the new cardboard cards) can be fragile and difficult to use in a reliable and repeatable fashion.
