Everything was explained to me verbally so I would understand the actual setting up the equipment and its use. All my questions were answered along the way since I was unfamiliar with any such program. This time spent prior to the actual sessions lessened my anxiety on this program. I appreciated the monitoring of my vital signs/questions asked prior to each session and the staffs follow up. My cardiologist was made aware of my ER visit with med changes by staff a they also followed up with me via text a phone calls when not a scheduled session. The sessions are always clear and demonstrated well and allows time to pause. At first I was unsure if I would be able to complete the program but am pleased to say I’ve improved. I was never pressured to perform or complete any session I was having physical difficulty with ex: bending, squatting or slight jumping.

I have recently started Phase 3 of the Carda program. During the Phase 1 and 2 sessions, I was capably led by Jordan Tredrea. He was consistently friendly, kind, and was able to answer my questions and reassure me when it was necessary. I have enjoyed all the videos I have used, although they are somewhat repetitive. I would highly recommend Carda for cardiac rehabilitation.

I enjoy the exercises. My breathing is getting better. I feel the problem worked for me. Andrew was great. It was a great program for me.
I started Carda Health and was nervous about the whole thing until I met Courtney. She explained the process to me in a very easy to understand way.
She was willing to adjust my workout, based on how I was feeling without any judgment. The program helped me in many ways, especially on my balance and breathing.
I would recommend this program to anyone interested in pulmonary rehab rehabilitation.
An excellent program staff by an amazing group of people.

All exercise was great and easy for me to do. If I had any issues Anthony Holguin would be there to help me.
The company is organized, consistent in training from therapist to therapist. The ability to monitor my movements has been a life saver. There was a time my oxygen was low and the therapist could tell by watching me and looking at the stats. She called her advisors and called my cardiologist and primary physician. Both Doctors were highly pleased to receive the call. My daughter came into the room to receive the info and was transported to the doctor. It was remediated immediately. The communication works seamlessly between Therapist her Supervisors and the patients care team. The exercises are perfect for me. The pace was adjusted to my needs and abilities that day. With outside therapy experiences I have received more benefit with Carda Health.

What made it so great was the woman who took care of and my needs. She was always understanding and kind and very professional.
He name is Morgan Yancy and I would gladly work with her anytime.
The workouts were very good some I could better than others. Morgan was able to help me on my bad days and would pick a different one to avoid stress on whatever pain I was dealing with at the time.

The interaction with staff in therapy training deserves a five star rating. It missed an overall fifth star due to the unclear and costly billing snafus which I experienced. I would recommend putting projected costs to the patient in writing in advance of the actual service. I have signed up for the advanced program and requested and received a cost statement in writing. Without that l would have passed on the program.
Carda health was a joy to work with. Never was there any negative comments always praising on how well the individual did. Always courteous , sessions never ended with being asked if there were any questions. Always received calls if daily check-ins had discrepancy.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. My therapist Alyssa is informative and motivational.
This program does not apply to Hawaii very disappointed it should have stated Hawaii is excluded than I would have not wasted my time in calling them plus giving them my member id number so sad and disappointed

It's a miracle in my life
I really enjoyed the program. Exercise really brings you back to life! My counselor was awesome too! 5 Star experience!
I could barely do any activity with my COPD. Since I started the program I have seen positive results, more stamina, loosing weight. Danielle has been guiding my sessions. She has been great, love her personality and encouragement as I progressed through the sessions. 100 % positive.

I worked with Morgan and could not have been happier. She listened closely to any comments I made regarding how I was feeling that day and any issues I had going on. Then she adjusted my workout accordingly. It’s an amazing company to work with and I recommend them highly.

The girls I work with did a fabulous job. I don't have to use the oxygen. I can breathe again. So whatever happened is a miracle
Trying to cancel and get money back from them is impossible they give you the run around keep saying they are sending the return package but magically every time something happens where we never receive it. Don’t think someone should pay for a service they never used. Also don’t think you should give people the run around that are already on borrowed time.

this is a real help to anyone with limited oxygen. the program takes you slowly into better breathing, balance and core and leg strength with out high impact exercise's. after being demobilized for about a year i lost all muscle tone and had problems with balance and getting up off the floor. with my reduced lung capacity i could not do regular excercises to get back my strength. this program restored my muscle tone and lung capacity without the high impact excercise that my oxygen level would not allow without an episode.
i highly recommend this for anyone with copd or any other lung injury that precludes normal excercise to recover.

When I first started in the program I was not sure about it or myself for that matter. I had a real hard time getting started with the exercises and if I was not feeling good that was a way for me to put it off. There are times when in the beginning I would forget that I had these classes to do most of the time I was sick and I didn't know if I missed a class I Would get charged for it and in the beginning I was 2 days a week and would make it to 1 of the 2 things were just hecktic for me the time was wrong when I finally got the time slot down right for me and Maddie took over as my instructor she was patient with me and would encourage me she worked with me until we got the ideal time and towards the end of my 36th session I was doing 3 days a week and was doing better. I am able to breathe easier. I went from 3 L of oxygen down to 2 when at rest I have more energy than I did when I started with carda I thought I was on my way to dieing and that it would do me no good. I'm happy to say I was wrong now I am looking forward to doing another 36 sessions with Maddie before she took over my case I was ready to quit now I want to go on this program has helped me so much I have more good days than bad days now I feel stronger and have less congestion and can breathe easier
Thank you Maddie for your encouragement and help and for believing in me and thank you Carda for the program through it all I have learned about the issues related to my illness and how to take better care of myself and the issues related to my illness so I really love the program thank you
