The website is awful. I could only access the PDFs using Microsoft Edge — on Chrome and Brave the viewer just keeps loading endlessly, and on Firefox I get a message saying "please use Google Chrome or Safari."

The session randomly expires, even though there's no login required on the site. I have no idea what session they’re referring to.

The site constantly blocks my IP for no apparent reason and randomly denies me access to the PDF.

Considering that the only way to view the PDF is through their limited viewer — and the developers clearly went out of their way to make downloading or accessing the file properly nearly impossible — the website should at least be reliable, compatible with any browser, and not randomly block users.

Horrible website.

Seems to be a scam.
Always wants you to download shady things and it's full of advertisement of the worst kind. Nothing works here. After every second click you get 403 Error (Access Denied). Not a single PDF was shown to me.
Save your time and go somewhere else.

Does not load!!

Watch out for this website, They can and will ban you for reasons when visiting.
And state;
"If you think you have been blocked in error, contact the owner of this site for assistance."

But since I am banned I cannot FIND/See their contact info. Owners are all monkeys...
