The showroom was very good with a wide range of products and the staff were helpful.
I received a quotation and once I agreed to proceed a survey was undertaken within a few days and the worktops fitted in under a week. Very pleased with the finished product.

We had quartz worktops installed on 20th February and unfortunately the experience from this company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

After reading all the positive reviews about this company, we were genuinely excited and felt confident we would receive both a fantastic product and excellent customer service. Abbie in particular went out of her way during the ordering process to reassure us and make us feel confident that everything would be handled professionally. As this was a major house project and a significant amount of money to spend, that reassurance meant a lot to us. Unfortunately, for some reason, that level of service simply has not happened in our case and we have instead been left frustrated and disappointed.

The black island worktop and waterfall edges were initially installed without the underneath and side edges being polished properly. Instead of a polished jet-black finish, large visible areas looked like rough grey stone. The company had to completely remove the island and waterfall pieces and take them away to be re-polished. Even arranging the return installation required constant chasing from me, otherwise it would have taken even longer.

During the first installation they also made window cills for one of the rooms incorrectly, cutting them approximately 20mm too short. We were told new ones would be made and fitted when they returned with the island. They came back without the cills and promised they would bring them later along with the chopping boards they supposedly provide with every order as a “nice touch”.

The excuse given for forgetting the cills the second time was that they had been “busy”, which honestly felt like other customers were being prioritised while we were expected to just keep waiting indefinitely. This is despite the replacement cills being very small pieces that could easily have been made from the off-cuts already available from our order.

Over 2 and a half months later, I am STILL waiting for the replacement window cills and the chopping boards. I have had to call every single week to chase updates and nobody gets back to me with any meaningful information or installation date. I have even offered to collect the cills myself and install them personally just to get the matter resolved, but still nothing.

At this point I will likely have to go to another company and spend even more money for something that should have been very straightforward to put right from the beginning.

We have spoken with Abbie, Jamal and Jafa throughout this process but still have not managed to get anywhere with finishing off our project or receiving everything that was included on our order.

The workmanship issues, delays, poor communication, and complete lack of aftercare have caused unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting home renovation project.

Extremely disappointed with both the service and the installation quality, especially considering how much these worktops cost. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before ordering.

She was always personable and attentive, making sure that I received the surfaces within the time frame originally discussed. The worktops installed are a beautiful quality at an extremely competitive price including a windowsill, pantry shelf and cutting boards. I was also assured by the director that if there were any issues in the future that the company would return to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the work. Advised to go to Cardiff Stone, went several times to look at quartz they never rushed me, let me take samples home which I returned. Really helpful staff. I chose Bianca Carrara as I wanted a natural marble look.

We were recommended to use this company after our daughter used them in her home. My wife dealt with the showroom and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Their communication during the decision making process was second to none, all options were explored and explained. I dealt with the team who came to template the quartz worktops for new kitchen units and their professionalism really impressed me. The technician took his time asked me how I wanted the window sills and back splashes to be configured, explained how it would all be fitted and sealed and using thin plastic sheets templated the entire kitchen in a short time. He also ensured that any mess was cleared up. We highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended.

Mohammad and Ahmed built a bespoke wooden handmade kitchen for us. Their work is excellent and they had a good eye for the smallest details and were skilled in their fitting. They were organised and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
We also had a quartz worktop fitted which is absolutely beautiful and was fitted by Bassel and his team. Again their work was excellent and the overall finish is very high.
We would have appreciated better communication in the organisation of the work, by being informed when to expect work to be done and the time they would arrive. This caused a little frustration sometimes, but this was compensated for by how hard they worked when they were, the excellence of their work, and their meticulous clean-up afterwards. We appreciate the quality of their workmanship and the finish.
