This is probably the worst company for customer service, absolutely shocking.

I purchased a diffuser which did not work, I sent a very polite email and they asked for pictures which I sent, I haven’t heard anything.

The product is useless and the customer service is even worse, avoid!

I ordered over £100 worth of goods from this company, only for half my good to arrive.

I have sent over 10 emails asking for someone to contact me to either let me know how long my other half of the order will be, or for them to send a refund for the outstanding items. It has been over a month and still no contact from them. Im not sure how to recoup my refund.

Avoid!!

At first glance, the website and the company looks very legit but upon ordering items from their website that totalled to just wonder £100 the company has not shipped out anything I have ordered and have seem to be ignoring all emails and comments that I have been posting on their social media accounts just for someone from the company to reach out to me about my order.

The company also seems to be very active on social media but also deleting all negative comments regarding people not receiving the order and being scammed by the company.

It has been over a month now since I made my order, yet I keep on receiving emails regarding discount codes to use on the website.

Please avoid at all cost as you will be scammed, disappointed and left out of pocket

As for now I have passed all of the information necessary to trading standards and also action fraud UK who are more than likely be able to sort out my issue.

If someone from Cardiffusers wants to reach out to me regarding my order then please feel free but until then I will continue and try my best to stop this company from scamming other people

Scruffy company who rob off people.

Items faulty and been told to post back for a refund. Pay another £4 to send back to be ignored.

Comments keep getting deleted of social media accounts as well.

Firstly the the diffuser was faulty and also missing the 50ml fragrance oil despite several Email no reply stay away from them dont buy.

No issue with the product but with one fragrance missing from the package and despite 2 emails highlighting this , it would appear cardiffusers are ignoring us. No telephone number to ring, just not good enough I’m afraid

The delivery service left my parcel inbetween bins in front of somebody's garage, when emailing they said that I should get in contact with hemes to confirm they are at fault and then I could either get a refund or they would sent the item again. When emailing car diffusers back with the email confirming they was at fault I never got an email back 5 emails later I am still waiting!!

Great product - scents are amazing. Easy to use

No sign of the order, fake tracking info, no contact from seller - a scam unfortunately

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
Order received, broken and damaged, box all broken, oils leaked everywhere.
emailed, instagram messaged, facebook messaged, got nothing back. They still continue to email me offers and promotions but do not respond to my emails.
they read the messages on social media and ignore you. do not use!!

Appalling company order not recieved after 2 months all we get is contact via email have done three times with absolutely no reply shambolic company we found the company in top gear magazine have tried to contact them with very poor response to make them aware of this dreadful company as I feel it doesn’t look good for them car diffusers DO NOT reply with contact at email it is total crap

I am still waiting for my order despite being told that someone should get back to me. I previously left a review for them on this page and was very surprised I received a response however nothing has been done since. I’ve emailed their customer service and still no response. This was 2 months ago, i placed the order back in August last year. If you can avoid purchasing from this company please do, until I don’t get a response or any of the products I purchased, I will definitely not be recommending this company for any of their products for your car. Due to this, I am afraid to buy anything from anyone else. Please sort this out as soon as possible, as customers we all deserve to get responses and the products we purchase from companies we trusted to give money to from the beginning!

Still waiting for my order and despite numerous attempts to contact company via e mail and social media - no response - think this company may be a scam with fake positive reviews so definitely do not use them as completely untrustworthy.

Disgusting service....
Damaged box with no unit even in the package. Absolutely no contact back from car diffusers..now reporting to my credit card to get my money back.
