Still awaiting my order I placed 2 weeks ago. After 3 emails and 3 DM’s on Instagram I have had no information on where my order is and when I will receive it. I had a reply on Instagram but still has not looked into it like they said. This is a gift and now the receiver is waiting around for their own present even though I ordered of way before!
I ordered quite a lot and spent more than usual on a website like this so hugely disappointed in the service.
It says on my tracking number that the parcel hasn’t even been given to Hermes yet!

Ordered on 23rd January. Received email a few days later to say that the order had been shipped via Hermes. Nothing has arrived, no tracking information available and no response to the 3 e-mails I have sent to query what has happened to my order. Customer service clearly non existent. Will be raising a dispute against the transaction with my bank as goods not received.

I have contacted these multiple times and got absolutely nothing back till I posted publicly.
So here I am, their website is buggy as hell, when I ordered a diffuser off them they took my money for my diffuser but ALSO took another transaction about 5 10 min from my first transaction for something that I did not order nor want.
I contacted them about it and got nothing back until I made it public then they messaged me within minutes, they took the the additional stuff they added off my order, yet still no refund which it's been nearly 2 weeks since I asked for a refund.
If you're reading this car diffusers I want my refund of £22.50 ASAP and don't comment with a copy and paste like with the rest of your reviews, already contacted multiple times just send my refund.
Do not recommend this company I'd put more trust in a group of thugs.

Happy with order
There was a slight delay with my order (9 days) but it arrived via Hermes and works really well. I bought this as a gift for my partner and he is happy with it. I purchased the gift set which consists of the car diffuser, 3 oils and a fabric spray. The fabric spray smells amazing! And I love the rainbow colours that the diffuser lights up with 😊👍🏼

I read the reviews and im baffled not saying i dont believe people and they aint replying as iv had 1/2 issues just leaky products but they have replied to me and sent me replacements , i have ordered so much from these guys when my oils run out i gaurentee order 6-8 more as me and mrs have one in our cars and they have never failed me yes hermes tracking dont work and it does take over a week to come but iv never had a issue maybe done over 12 transactions with these guys in over a year

Believe the negative reviews...dont get drawn in by an occasional positive one. Without doubt a scam. Never replied to emails or direct messages. Any negative comment on their instagram stories or posts are quickly deleted. Had to get refund through my bank in the end. You live and learn.
