I ordered a car diffuser from this company trying to support small businesses.
The diffuser was broken inside.
I have then messaged them 3 times and have had no response.
This was on the 2nd February. It’s now the 23rd.
I am appalled by this customer service and certainly will not use or recommend this company again.
