Stay away from this scam of a place!

Very basic amenities are missing and the management takes weeks to reply.
They won't even provide waste bin.
False advertising and no photos in the selected room, such a scam to falsely bring in people to the residence. Don't be fooled by the model apartment pictures in the website, the property doesn't even look remotely close

Do yourself a favour and find some other place and escape from this poor management and sufferings

I submitted a refund request on July 28th and as of August 18th I still haven’t been reimbursed. Instead of processing a reverse transaction (sending the money back to the credit card used for payment, like most companies do), they ask for sensitive bank details such as RIB and IBAN. I provided this information, but despite multiple follow-up emails, I’ve had no response and no refund. Very disappointing experience.

I have "dealing" with this agency for almost 1 month and they do not reply any of the emails either what’sups. During holidays they never put an auto response with date when they are close or not working. On top of that their phone line is only in French if you are calling from another country.
They do not have any professional services and I am still waiting to know what is happening to my booking and nobody solves nothing.
Awful service, it seems like scam.
Please do not use them at all.
