As our business contract was due for renewal we had so many pushy phonecalls from other companies. Thankfully Keegan was relaxed, clear and not pushy in any way. So we dismissed all the others based purely on this. The price was also good but the deal clincher was Keegan and his manner.

Ricky at Cardinal Energy Group LTD was great from the start. He secured some great deals, dealt with all providers and kept us up to date when switching gas and electric providers. He is very friendly, approachable and I felt that I could rely on him. If I had any queries, he responded straight away.
I will definitely recommend him in the future.

Was recommended to Cardinal Energy in the spring of 2023, have predominantly dealt with Ricky who is superb , but other colleagues , David , Paul and Brandon have also assisted us when Ricky was on leave etc.

In regard to my employer , they have saved us circa £10k over 3 years , by circumventing a deal that would of gone live without their assistance , where a previous broker/firm had signed us up at the peak of the market, plus now helping us with a potential back billing issue 12months on , both of which are issues from before our dealings with them , but they are willingly helping us to resolve.

We have used Cardinal Energy for a number of years now, most recently dealing with Ricky who has been outstanding in his communication, explanation and support to the business. Emails are always answered promptly, phone calls answered by him, or always returned. He explains things in 'laymans terms' and will go over things as many times as you need to help your understanding. He genuinely cares about his clients and looks out for deals if he knows you contract is due to expire.
