I’d just like to say thank you so much to Cardly for the amazing service they provide!
I have always had a passion for sending personal, handwritten cards to loved ones through the mail, as I think it shows a level of care and thought that a text message just can’t convey. But when I moved overseas I struggled to find stores with greeting cards I liked (I’m a bit picky!) besides which international postage was really expensive. When I discovered Cardly it was a lifesaver!
It's been four months since I first used Cardly and I’ve now sent over ten cards with them. I love the artistic range they offer and how personal the service is! I'm able to keep investing in my important relationships back home, but it's stress free for me plus it doesn't drain my bank account. So a huge thanks from this very happy customer, I highly recommend Cardly. :)

We made a mistake in using the incorrect address for a birthday card to Australia. We were able to reply to a Cardly e-mail and ask for the address to be amended - and this was done within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service and it was great to receive an email that openly welcomed a reply, allowing us to correct our mistake easily. I have sent a lot of cards with Cardly and every time, it has been a great lifesaver for me. I have bad handwriting, often mess up what I am writing as my brain and hand forget to communicate during the process, and to top it off, I live in the sticks where mail service is slower and there is no where to buy a nice card.
Cardly really takes the stress out of keeping in touch with loved ones, especially friends who live in different countries. It's so reasonably priced compared to cards in the store that I'm about to purchase a 10 pack. And I can schedule things ahead so I never miss my mother-in-law's birthday again :)

I used Cardly for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that good customer service still exists. I submitted my initial card and realized after paying for envelope and postage, that there were some errors I needed to correct. I quickly sent a message to customer support via the email provided and almost immediately received a response from Patrick. He was to quick to help me resolve this issue. I look forward to my loved one receiving his card and to use Cardly for any future needs.

First visit to Cardly and I found their website to be very well set up with lots of choice to customise the messages in cards. The choice of cards is very good except in the male birthday card choice. I would have given 5* but a high percentage of male birthday cards are crude and a bit laddish with beer, genitalia etc. not what a parent would send to their son. I felt the overall male cards need more variety.
I would definitely use Cardly again and would recommend the site to anyone sending cards from abroad.

I've been using Cardly now for about a month to send cards to coworkers and I couldn't be more impressed with their selection, value and customer service. I recently submitted an order and then realized quickly afterwards that I had input the wrong address accidentally. Cardly quickly changed the address for me without issue. 5 Stars!

Excellent customer service. My card was lost in the xmas post, I was given a full refund and my card was resent at no cost and my cousin received it two days later, fantastic! I'm a very happy customer 😁

Really great customer service. I noticed I had made a couple of spelling errors right after sending and Patrick replied so quickly and helped me sort it out. Love the range of independent artists and the fonts and doodles available which make the cards more personal :)
