A very bad experience with Cardom.gr
A very bad experience with Cardom.gr ! Don't trust them ! I ordered an oil for the car by mistake and I canceled the order, making another one with the new choice and it cames both. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the first order has been canceled, I can't request a refund, because it appear as cancelled, so I remain with it. At the other order, insted my choice it cames something which is not similar and I request my money back ! Is very interesting if I will request these money, because the order was made by another platform(Skroutz)..... I am waiting........ The oil camed with the canceled order I can't return, because ..the order has been cancelled and I remained with it ! In the moment the pack was camed, I can't choose which one has been cancelled ! Maybe that's because they sent me both in the same day ! Don't trust them !
