Had a problem with my new card spoke with Olivia on live chat who was very helpful and pointed out what I was doing wrong, very fast response and problem solved within 5 mins, Olivia also took the time to ask if she could help me with anything else before ending the chat excellent customer service and keep up the good work cardone.

Customer care typically replies in under two mins and every issue I have has always been resolved immediately

I've had a lot of trouble with banks ect but with this bank everything straight forward yh I know there's a fee but it's definitely worth it thanks aswell to the friendly staff who take there time to help and explain everything in detail thanks to this I feel a lot more comfortable with online banking

Had a few difficulties trying to sort my password out for my new card one money account. I got put through to carrie, very good customer service skills! I kept getting disconnected but carrie talked me through what I need to do. Thankyou carrie. 5* for carrie and the card one money team

Really impressed with this bank so far. When you call you’re never waiting longer than a minute for someone to answer and all representatives are super friendly and helpful!

The only downsides to this bank is the expensive fees (especially to transfer money) and they don’t have Google/Apple Pay but hopefully this will improve in time.

Scammers Took a fee then refused the opening of the account. Don't trust them.

Taken all my money; leaving me & my one year old daughter with £0 as they want to “review” even though all proof has been provided. Rude customer service advisors. Never ever bank with these & good luck if you do. Telling me they’re going to return funds even though I’ve provided proof of receipt with tracking number on which shows it’s been delivered.

Carrie answered for all my following questions and she has explained to me everything about my concerns on my account activity. She does everything for me to resolve all my problem and I am so happy and satisfy about her assist and help on my issue. Card One Money Customer Service is very reliable and in high standard this is why I gave note of 5 stars.
