Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Cardoo. My deposit had not been refunded, even though i submitted all requested evidence correctly and on time. However, cardoo rejected my clain without providing a vailid or clear explanation.

Communication had been slow, and there is no real effort to review the case fairly. it feels like they look for reasons to withhold deposits by default, regardless of the proof provided.
