My case was closed without resolution! I returned the items and received no further contact. I just had to submit another case. Very disappointing.

It took awhile to get the units (I bought 4) to connect to each phone. I even had to call into technical support. Once they were connected, though, the sound was crystal clear. We used them at Beaver Ski Resort and found that we could talk with no wind interference at all. I have Sena for when I dirtbike, but I'm going to sell them and buy Cardo. The sound and filtering out of noise is unparalleled.

Fantastic product! Worked amazing the first time we used it. Cannot wait to keep using this. Flawless communication and music turns on as soon as converstations are done.

Good product but the instructions are not helpful. Also it was not clear in the product description that it was phone based.

Battery life lasted 20 min in cold temps while other riders who had the same unit did not experience this. I did a battery test that cardo said to do with FM radio and that test did not constitute a faulty battery. Battery life can't withstand negative temps. At least that's my experience with my cardo edge.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the earpieces are too thick and are very uncomfortable on the ear. That was also a complaint from my clients. I have 2 helmets, both current year Head and Sweet Protection. Neither have ear pockets and therefore have to be velcroed in place. After countless reposition they're still not comfortable.

You had exactly what I was looking for! I bought a new helmet and wanted to add a wiring kit/speakers - the Second Helmet kit was exactly what I needed.

Ordered the replacement mic and it was very secure how the transaction was completed. Was notified when it shippped. Received the new mic and tested it out. Worked perfect!!

Shipping was fast. Set up was easy. Happy with the buying process and the communicators.

Finding it near impossible to speak with someone. Bought two Edge and two Outdoor units for christmas presents along with alot of accessories. Can't use them as I imagined and want to speak with someone to figure out what I need to do.

The products I bought are great, no question about it.
However the shipping took much longer than expected.

I'm very pleased with the the outstanding quality of Cardo's new Packtalk Edgephones. Set up was easy and the sound quality is superior. I really like and appreciate the voice command feature as well. My wife and I will get many miles of enjoyment from them, while be able to talk and listen to our favorite music during long SxS trips.

The smaller microphone came inoperable which is the size that one would want to use. Picks up every other 3-5 words.

The “what’s in the package” is misleading at best. It implies people can communicate with one and other but there is only one device in the box. If three or four of us want to use it, we have to buy more.
