Best platform to protect my payments

I’ve been using CardShield for over 2 years, mainly for PayPal and stripe payment protection, and the experience has been excellent. The plugin is powerful, reliable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
Support has always been responsive and professional, and the system has helped me significantly reduce payment-related issues. I highly recommend CardShield to anyone looking for strong and effective payment protection

Professional Scammer

They presented themselves as a professional middleman, but after 3 days and several transactions only, they said their processor is down. Withheld our money, and declined to pay us out. Don't fall in this trap.

Cards Shield (cardsshield.com) is a payment gateway application and security layer, not a payment processor or fund-holding service. Our platform connects merchants to their own payment accounts (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party processors).

We do not receive, hold, or control customer funds at any time.

In your case, the transactions were processed through a third-party payment provider chosen by your business. When that provider experienced technical or operational issues, it unfortunately affected your payouts. However, this was outside of Cards Shield’s control.

We understand how frustrating payment delays can be, and we truly sympathize with your situation. That said, any payout or fund availability matters must be resolved directly with the payment processor that holds your merchant account.

If you’d like, our support team is happy to help review the integration logs and guide you toward the correct provider for resolution.

Transparency and security are our top priorities, and we have never withheld client funds because we simply do not have access to them.
