Motor on sit to rise armchair was at fault after 6 months and needed to be replaced. A £60 deposit in advance of repairs, to be refunded if repairs are under warranty. 5 weeks later no refund. When I call always the wrong department and adviser transfers me to a number that isn't picked up. I am now fed up of trying.

I had two guys called Andy & Paul that delivered my chair. They were very good with the fitting and demonstration and bad a very cheerful personality.

We recently ordered two lounge chairs from Careco. They were delivered today,at the time we were told to expect them. The driver, Arron, could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We are very pleased

Andy & James delivered my Trieste swivel recliner chair order number 1112912 today. All made up and demonstrated. All very efficient and helpful. Even my old cat liked them and didn't go into hiding, as she usually does. Thank you Andy and James.

Took delivery of my mobile scooter today. Ahmed the engineer was absolutely great very knowledgeable about everything. He went into every detail of the dos and don'ts of the scooter. Definitely recommend careco.

David and James from Care.co delivered my new mobility scooter today after letting me know the exact time to expect them. They were approachable, respectful and caring. They have experience and knowledge about mobility scooters and clearly explained to me how to use my scooter. How to dismantle it and reassemble. They gave good clear advise on how to take care of the battery and answered any questions I had. Excellent! I am a very pleased customer.

I purchased a brand new li-tech 30 scooter from Care Co 6th October 2020. I could not use the scooter because of Covid until August this year 2021. The scooter developed an electrical fault three days after the warranty expired. I contacted Care Co and clearly explained the situation but they did not want to know, and in fact were quite rude to me on the phone. I further contacted a local mobility centre and was told even if the scooter had still been in warranty Care Co would not want to know. It would seem that once you have purchased an item from Care Co they no longer wish to know whatever the circumstances. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Having previously raised an issue concerning express delivery CareCo and Bonnie in particularly responded very quickly to my concern.I had an urgent safeguarding issue and despite being let down by their courier they managed to resolve the issue within in one hour. CareCo are a totally professional, reputable and customer focused company. Bonnie thank you for all your help. Well done

Adie was my Engineer today and he had to install 2 dual motor riser recliner chairs and also remove 2 old ones. He was very helpful and left no mess as he took it all away. He showed me how the chairs worked and placed them in the correct places in the room. He was so helpful he even held my dog on her lead so I could go to the toilet, how's that for service? Thanks for everything Adie and I hope if I buy anything else they send you out. Regards Tony

After talking to Bonnie at care co HQ was very pleased with the outcome after a slight hiccup to start with in the progress. Still think that the chair would be better with metal front forks to flex a bit as nylon has tendency to shear if one wheel twist to 90degrees when going forward

Our chair was delivered today. The engineer telephoned in the morning to give us a time for the delivery and he arrived on time. He explained very patiently how the chair is operated and let us try it. He did not rush the trial and we now feel quit confident about using the chair.
