Based on my own experience, Care Control was not the right fit for our organisation.

In practice, I found the system was not as integrated as I expected, and it often required multiple windows to be open at the same time in order to complete tasks, which impacted efficiency.

We arranged a demo prior to signing up; however, in my opinion, the demo did not accurately reflect how the system operates in day-to-day use, and the live system differed from what I had anticipated.

When seeking support, my experience was that assistance from senior staff was limited, and I did not feel adequately supported when raising concerns or queries.

Overall, this system did not meet our needs, and based on our experience, I would encourage anyone considering a care management system to carry out thorough research and ensure it aligns with their operational requirements before committing.

Have been using this company since May 2024 and I am very dissatisfied with the product and the service provided by them. I would not recommend them and I have been forced to move elsewhere as a care home cannot function properly with unreliable suppliers.

Very dated system, was ok four years ago but has not integrated with other systems as new competitors have launched which offer integration and better quality for similar/cheaper prices. I communicated with them several times over the past few years to request integration with eMar systems for example but they had no plans to do so. They also have a policy of requiring 60days notice prior to automatic renewal and don't provide any warning of renewal before this date, tying you in for another year.

Been working with the care control system for a while now, it's very comprehensive and has managed to replace nearly all our paperwork, from Care records, recording, to staff management and roster. Support has always been very responsive and friendly.
