Never had any paperwork, dangerous

Never had any paperwork. Sent a carer and expected them to work nonstop of 3 days ( including nights)
Carer was rough, scratched my aunt and bruised her whilst trying keep her in bed and refused to help my aunt get up at night for pees ( she was up alot) and hence my aunt tried get up by herself and fell off the toilet. ( she was recovering from a hip operation) this caused 2 massive haematomas . Luckily not another fracture.
Too much morphine was given.
Personal post was opened.
Carer also refused do as requested and had her own agenda and opinions
Carecrew sacked her and we have been hounded by the sacked carer ever since
