I’m currently enrolled in the full-time Product Design course at CareerFoundry, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. I specifically chose this program for its flexible, self-paced structure, which lets me learn on my own schedule while staying on track with weekly assignments. The dashboard design breaks the material into small, manageable sections, helping me stay motivated without feeling overwhelmed. The hands-on projects are a great way to apply what you’re learning, and if you put yourself out there, you can build a student community for extra support.
That said, one area where I think CareerFoundry could improve is in offering more personal interaction with tutors. While weekly video calls with mentors are helpful, tutors—who are more directly involved with your assignments—are only reachable via written feedback or chat messages. Having occasional video or phone calls with tutors could really enhance the learning experience and clarify feedback more effectively.
Overall, it’s a well-structured program best suited for motivated, independent learners who appreciate flexibility but would benefit from a bit more real-time interaction.
I recently completed the CareerFoundry Data Analytics Program and found it to be a thorough, well-paced learning experience. The curriculum covers essential tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel, and the hands-on approach helped me build real-world skills through guided projects and independent analysis.
One of the most valuable aspects was the emphasis on portfolio development. By the end of the program, I had multiple polished case studies that showcased different types of analysis, from consumer behavior insights to predictive modeling. Which I now use to demonstrate my skills to potential employers.
The support from mentors and tutors made a big difference. Their feedback was thoughtful and helped me grow not just technically, but in how I communicate insights effectively. As someone coming from a non-tech background, I appreciated how approachable and practical the program was from day one.
Career Foundry is amazing! They have all the perfect resources to really understand UX Design. Their communication skills that they have built within the platform is super helpful when your stuck and need a quick answer. Being provided with a tutor and a mentor is key to really understand the program and making sure you're on the right path.
The lessons were clearly structured and thoroughly explained, making complex topics easy to understand. Teachers demonstrated a high level of responsiveness, promptly addressing questions and providing support when needed. Additionally, the abundance of detailed resources greatly enhanced the overall learning experience.
CareerFoundry has helped me fast track learning about UI design. The curriculum is structred logically, from basic UI design fundamentals to more specific terms and specialization. They even spend a decemt amount of time teaching you UX, which is an integral part of the UI design process.
CareerFoundry's exceptional instructors provide unmatched support throughout the entire curriculum. The program's flexible learning environment lets students move at their own pace. Hands-on exercises and real-world projects help build essential skills and experience. This method encourages a deep understanding of key concepts and industry best practices. As a result, graduates are well-equipped to thrive in their chosen careers.
I really love the curriculum of my UI course. My tutor and mentor are always supportive and give me valuable tips.
Most importantly, I have no trouble keeping up with the schedule and I can be as flexible as I want.
I was part of the Web development program. Almost no support, no other student enrolled with me, the content is not updated, many things are from 2020 and it is really hard to follow the exercices because of that. They are not there to support you but to make money out of you. The job preparation course is not better, it is not adapted to the jobmarket of your own country. I am overall very disapointed and did not get a job after in the field. I don't recommend this school at all.

So far, I have to say that Career Foundry has been above my expectations!! I am very happy with how the conent is organized, my tutor's help is very valuable, and my mentor's insights are also very helpful! Yes, you pay more than conventional online courses, but I have to say it is completely worth it.
I have had a superb experience while using this learning platform as a stay at home new mom. My mentor and tutor have been of immense help and support in my new learning journey. I would totally recommend
The CareerFoundry (CF) Digital Marketing Immersion course was as intense as the program title suggests!
However, with my helpful tutor (Elena Bazai), mentor (Luca Ziprani), and other staff members in business development (Oliwia Schildt) and Student Support (John, Carly, etc.).
Amongst them all, they possess decades of extensive Digital Marketing industry experience, CF curriculum knowledge, and an understanding of requirements and scope of flexibility from the Agency fur Arbeit (AFA) - my program funder.
Although the program is online and remote, I never felt I was in it alone with such a support network as well as access to the student Slack channel and examples of past student work, and live 1-on-1 mentor sessions with Luca as well as nuanced, detailed assignment feedback from Elena.
I highly recommend CareerFoundry to others - whether those looking for a career change, upskilling, or wanting to send a staff team on a training sabbatical/continued professional development program.
As a data analytics student, careerfoundry has been really supportive in preparing me for a job. My tutor took a while to respond to my questions, but they extended my course by a very generous amount to compensate.
I really appreciated how well-structured the CareerFoundry’s UX course was, and the thoughtful feedback from my mentors! It made a huge difference in my growth and confidence as a UX designer, and I’m currently implementing a lot of knowledge i gained from the course.
I’m happy to have so much good support from my Tutor and Mentor throughout my journey and can’t wait to get to the point where I am given help in beginning my job search. I feel confident in what I’ve learned so far.
I completed the UX Design program at CareerFoundry last year, and looking back now, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve already recommended it to so many people.
What made the experience so valuable for me was not just the quality of the course content, but also the incredible support I received from my tutor and mentor. Thanks to their guidance, I felt truly prepared to start working as a UX Designer after graduating — and more importantly, I believed I could be a good one. They helped me build solid knowledge and gain clarity on my career goals and direction.
I am happy with excellent timely review of my assignments and great feedback for the Tutor and my mentor. Also, the learning platform is ease and straight forward to use.
Course information is very clear and interesting, very quick responses from mentor and tutor, and can practically apply a lot of the training immediately in everyday work! Being modular it gives a great sense of achievement to complete the individual tasks and all the information is provided along with resources for further learning. Highly recommended!
This could be a good program, but it seems like there are empty promises and poor planning of curriculum that get in the way.
First off, while I was deliberating which vendor to use, CF was my first choice due to cost and program description. One of my requirements for online learning was to have the option to listen to the material rather than read it. I was assured that the module had an audio option. I began taking the intro courses, which had a screen reader integrated, all good. But once I was out of the intro course and into the immersion part, this option was no longer present. So I had to slog through using an extension to my browser for audio, which I thought was deceptive.
My other issue involves the tools required to complete the program. There were a few tools that were offered as free to use during the course, but along the way there were a lot of tools required that you needed to use on a trial basis and then needed to be paid for to continue. The trial length was short, so I had to sign up with multiple emails to accomplish my assignments. This seems like a deceitful practice. When you are paying for a course, you should have access to all the tools you need included in the tuition cost. CF should be partnering with these vendors for limited use of the tools
Finally, many of the links to articles in the lessons were outdated or behind a paywall. I feel like this was indeed a waste of money. I got what I needed from the course and then lost interest. To that point, not one person reached out to me about my lack of engagement. I think if these wrongs were corrected, this could be a much better program
Do not waste your money with this company.
The tutors are always attentive and the material is very professional!
