Order# 2000146-71512106. Absolute disaster of a company being ruined by a 3rd party. Since I placed the order I have received ZERO communication about my order from Carefree of Colorado. Those lazy people depend on their 3rd party shipper to handle their customer service. Ordered on Monday, arriving Thursday. Heard ZERO so I believed everything was fine. on Thursday at 5PM I had a contractor standing by to install the 20-foot awning. I waited until 5PM to be frugal because deliveries this far out are usually late afternoon. The contractor left at darkness -- with TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS of my money. Walmart customer service had to harangue Carefree of Colorado for any info about my order -- a company that has ZERO concern for customers, as long as they get your money. YOU ARE WARNED ABOUT THIS DISASTER OF A COMPANY...

the largest industry in the USA is being held hostage by this awning company. Every RV that installs a Carefree awning is not able to reorder or get repaired for over 2 years now. This company has been in business for over 20 years and now they are saying they can't get parts from their distributors - who are they, why don't they know. My current wait period is a year out from this date for me to receive my owning that Original Equipment on my Winnebago van - why why why!!!
