This was the first time using this website. I found it good and informative of care homes in the search area.

My dad has been diagnosed with a brain tumor he is in elderhome care home in clatterbridge wirral he is on end of life care now and takes 18 tablets a day he is being well looked after the care staff are exeptionally brilliant at what they do they are all superstars and i think they should be awarded best care home on the wirral my dad is stable pain free gets his 3 meals a day the staff are on call every 5 minites if we need them im very happy my dad is in elderhome and when me and my mum visit we are offered tea buiscites my dog stella is allowed in to visit everyone is very welcoming staff visitors and residents my dad has been a resident now for 2 months ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍❤️👍❤️

Extremely helpful and empathetic. Response was very quick. Shortlist of homes and vacancies with relevant information emailed very quickly. All contacted me within a few hours. The whole process made a very difficult job much more bearable.
Within 48hrs we had viewed several homes and made what we hope is the perfect home choice for my mum.

Very welcoming warm and friendly my friends mum was in she was very happy and well kept and looked after. Myself has been a carer for 35years ans work in many homes and I can honestly say Harris Home is one of the best ones I've been in and would definitely recommend it.The staff definitely went above and beyond in there roles.

Superb really helpful did not know this service was available can only say massive thank you to Sophie and the care homes that contacted me especially Nicholasrothwell House made a worrying time a lot less stressful for our family.

I spoke to Emma who was very helpful, kind and understanding, especially as I only had a few days to find a home.

Generally the information was good. It is still up to the patient.

I needed advice on local Respite Care to cater for my Mum's Alzheimer's in addition to other health conditions so wanted recommendations for suitable homes with nursing care. Sam was very helpful and understood exactly what was required.

Really good. The response was quick, recommendations were in my local area and it was easy to book viewings.

I was able to have a good conversation about my Dad's requirements/needs and then a selection of homes was provided for me and Dad to review which were great and fitted the requirements.

Really helpful gave me a short list of Care Homes who had vacancies saving me a lot of ringing round.
Initial phone call person listened carefully and summarise my mother’s requirements.

This service was amazing … I made the initial call and within an hour I had a list of care homes and then the next day many contacted me by phone or email.
This is such a useful service and I highly recommend recommend it. Bryony was amazing .

I stumbled upon this website and am so glad I did. Agent (Gemma) could not have been more helpful in guiding me through what their service offered, etc.
Within less than a hour I had details of 5 possible care homes to consider. I was contacted next day by one of the homes and the others followed within a few days.
I have found a placement for my mother in an area I hadn't considered and am really happy that the home will be a good fit for my 95 year old mother.

My our mum was transferred to finch manor care home last year
I was worried about her due to living in Australia.
I felt the warmth and professional attitude towards my mum that day when we arrived in a taxi.
After spending a few days with my mum at finch manor care
I felt at ease that she would be cared for whilst I unfortunately had to leave and return to Australia.
I have regular contact with my mum due to the kindness and understanding from the staff. One in particular ❤️
Sge updates me on a regular basis on how my mum is and what she has bern doing.
My mum was a very sociable person and loved life
Due to medical issues she does require 24hr care
I feel at ease knowing mum has settled into finch manor and really enjoyed living there

We had a visit from Occupational Therapy Nurse at mums previous carehome (March) and mum was withdrawn, quiet, clearly upset, very depressed. Mum had said to us she felt worthless because she didn't have a purpose the Occupational Therapy nurse was quite concerned about her and would give us some ideas to help with how she is feeling and would visit again. We found out she was moving the Springvale Court on 7th April. The Occupational Health Nurse revisited (10th April) and was amazed at how mum had changed. Mum was chatty, cheeky, full of fun, I barely had to say anything. The nurse asked is this the same woman I met a month ago. The nurses assistant told mum ''hello my name is Matt'', mum said ''that's is not what your badge says, it says Matthew''. The visit was full of chat and giggles. Makes my heart sing to see her like this. The staff from the moment mum arrived have made a huge difference in her life, the chit chat, the care they give. They are all awesome.

Very good helpful chat and on line correspondence.

Really helped to find the right home for mum by listening to her needs and then contacting appropriate care homes with spaces for me.
