My experience was great until I checked my bank account and Carrington charged me twice. One went through and one is still pending but I don't know why it is even on there . If it goes away I will change my review.

dont sign up if you need it now, try 2-3 days wait

Original: When you sign up it takes 2-3 days to get your member id. So if you are having a dental pain problem, what can you do???? wait??? It does not tell you that you can not use the service. In fact, it lies in the review email saying you can call to get the member id when you are waiting. If you call the support, they tell you to wait 1-2 days because it is not in their system. (tried 2 times to call support to get member id)

Unclear Application and first day of month, bah
Website should explain why was application unavailable last night. My assumption was outside of a business hours.
The plan starts in first day of current month, which gave me one week to access since I applied at 23th day AND it was kinda urgent, sticky situation [not at emergency point, yet].

I had the Carrington 500 plan for years…
I had the Carrington 500 plan for years and it expired and I was trying to renew it. After I renewed it I learned that it no longer had DialCare and the agent me passed me around five times and nobody knew anything about anything and nobody could change it and fix it and then finally they came up with some other plan called plus that now had DialCare but couldn't change it or fix it. I finally cancelled it and to be honest it was unreal. I can only assume it's some sort of reseller scam. And the guy I talk to was just downright stupid
