I switched from a provider i had constant issues with. The onboarding was fantastic. After the onboarding i have literally had 24/7 support. Nothing is too much trouble. I made a suggestion about my needs within an hours it was available to me. In addition to the above. The app is fabulous. I wish i found Carelo sooner!!
Having worked in care management for over 15 years, I can confidently say Carelo is one of the best systems I have used.
The rota management is incredibly smooth and easy to use, making daily scheduling and last-minute changes much simpler. The geofenced check-in and check-out system and live tracking during appointments are particularly impressive, giving us excellent visibility of care visits.
Everything is connected in one place, including care plans, risk assessments, eMAR, carer and family apps, timesheets, compliance records and reporting. Carelo AI is another excellent addition, helping with rota planning and reducing administrative work.
We switched from a more expensive, outdated system that charged extra for additional office logins. Carelo offers much better functionality, a modern interface and outstanding value for money.
Overall, it has made our daily operations more efficient, organised and easier to manage. I would highly recommend Carelo to domiciliary care providers.
