Long delivery without contact
I ordered a rolling bath chair two weeks ago. The order was confirmed immediately but without an expected arrival time. To date I have received not other communication outside of this request for a review of service. This is a product where time is of the essence.

Shannon. Apologies for the long time receiving the product. We do note on MJM Chairs and it is noted on the chair you ordered that they usually leave the warehouse in 4 business days. In your case it was 5 days. With 2 weekends between your order and delivery I understand it seemed like an eternity. We are considering dropping the MJM line of shower chairs because we tend to have unhappy customers with the long delivery times.

I placed my order with a very informative man. My order arrived and I put it together without a single tool. The easiest item I have ever put together. The chair is very nice looking and is comfortable.

When you shop and purchase online one only has a picture to go by. I was pleased with a well built commode chair for my wife. we have only had the chair for a few days so it is hard to rate it just now. The bow arrived on time and in good shape.

EZ shower/commode chair
the chair was easy to assemble in less than 10 min. I used a hoyer lift to place my husband in the chair without difficulty. the chair in shower was not cumbersome and my husband enjoyed the shower

Great product. Easy to travel with.
I bought this product so I would be able to take showers while staying at hotels as I have a left leg prosthetic. The product is easy to transport and came with a travel bag. It weighs 10 lbs and is the size approved by airlines to take aboard the plane. Price was reasonable and the agent at CareProdx was very easy to do business with. I received an email in order to track its delivery and the product arrived when promised with no extra shipping charge.

Great Customer Service; Good Product
I ordered the ezee shower chair with wheelchair wheels, then realized I didn't order the correct size. Was working in a tight time frame. Jeff got the order changed and made sure it went out of the warehouse the same day, the chair arrived right on time. The chair is good for the money, I have problems with the wheels slipping. For the most part I have figured out to manage them.
Highly recommend the company and recommend the ezee shower chair for this price range. I would purchase again.

Sliding transfer bench and Toilet rails
Really like the transfer bench--saved me from having to remodel the bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. Works great! Was disappointed that the toilet rails were on back order--have been waiting over a week for them to get here--but are to arrive today and I am sure they will be just as great as the bench.
