I placed an order on July 1st for a “first price face mask”. On July 13 still not received my order and no news on the tracking other than “sent from China and arrived in destination airport”. Sorry, but that’s not acceptable after keeping me waiting for 2 weeks. I want to cancel my order and have my money refunded.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I ordered the Caresole IPL laser for hair removal after seeing an advert (that looked like it was from an external company) rating the top 5 IPL devices to use at home. Caresole was no.1 and the cheapest so I decided to give it a go. They offered a full refund if you weren’t happy with the product.

It finally arrived and did not even switch on, not even after charging all night. It also felt very flimsy and cheap. I contacted customer service only to be told I had to post it back to China at my own cost! I refuse to waste anymore money on this company. Avoid at all costs! Do not buy!

I too received the Radiance One from Caresol and it did not work. After writing several times I finally received a response to return the product for a refund or to not return it and get a 30% refund. To return the product to China would cost almost $100. There are no words to describe how disappointed I am and how violate I feel. This company is sending out defective products and making money - this is a fraudulent business - NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased this product. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence. Never happen again. Be warned before you buy something on Facebook!

The Radiance it does not work or stay on once it has contact with my skin its stays on 2 seconds. Does not even turn on when I do my forehead this is not right.

The heel support fell out while trying to fit into the shoe, difficult to keep it in place.
This is a super cheap insole for the price.
It has no arch support.
You are better off getting copper fit arches and replace every 6 months or use pro foot, much better product.
I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money, lesson learned

Similar to last review by Joanna I received an order of 2 plantar wrap sleeves in XL and there was no choice of size when I ordered them. They are too big and do not work, possibly make fasciitis worse. No response in email. I would love to actually get these in my size as I was excited to try them.

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Faulty product arrived from Caresole and they have not responded to emails and not provided replacement product or refund. I would not recommend spending any money on products from this dodgey company.

I ordered xwraps in xl received only tiny white and blue no show socks in small size. They said I had to return with tracking to China to get refund. I am now out close to $80. This company has really poor service.

Ordered Caresole Planter X Wrap on 3/5/2024 under order 30059, have emailed constantly as never received & no refund received. Nobody has ever come back to me. Please do not order from this website - I am going to report this Company.

Update number 2 - have received product now thank you however I ordered s/m received xl the product is completely useless and absolutely not fit for purpose - badly manufactured poor quality - the thought of trying to return and get my money back is a fight I can’t be bothered so Caresole you win!

i received my order and i ordered small. package says small but both pair are extra large! i have looked everywhere for a customer service contact and no luck!
very disappointed for the money i spent and didn't realize i would get stuck with a product i cannot use.

I have tried my circa knee sleeve. Don't fit and very uncomfortable. I have been trying for a response and never get one. I would like a refund seeing I can't wear it.

Ok so I like the knee braces that I ordered but I made a mistake and ordered an extra s/m one alongside the 2 larger ones
I sent an email 8 days ago asking how to go about returning the one that is not needed and to get a refund. So far no response

I can’t get my order. They took my $149 but won’t send what I ordered.

I ordered my red light therapy device on the 15th, never got a confirmation email or anything from them as of today 6/25/24. Most companies send you confirmation of your order and tracking information.

Update! I got an email finally!!

On May 10, 2024 I ordered my Caresole device. I received my Caresole device and it did not work. I tried charging the device and it still didn’t work. After trying several times to get the device to work, I called their dedicated support team. I was placed on hold until the call was cut off. I then tried to email them to which I received a notice that the email failed to deliver. All I want is my $149 back. Such a SCAM!!!!

The plantar x wraps I received don't work and I want to return them. Phone number provided hangs up on you and emails are not returned. Think before purchasing this product.
They finally responded and said to get the refund advertised, you normally have to return the product to China, even though it ships from California.
I was ultimately refunded the purchase price without having to return the product. So, I added a couple stars, but it was not an easy process.

Material of Wrap is so cheap,It has lost it elasticity in a week.
I haven’t benefited from this project.
It doesn’t even fit on my husband’s feet.

I emailed regarding refund and was given 2 options.

1)to pay for return postage to China.
2) they will give me 30%refund and I keep the product which is inferior quality.

Which means I Pay 70%😡.

On instagram advertising they DO NOT mention about Return postage has to be paid by customer.

They just say return within 90 days,No quibble policy.

Stay away from this product and company.

It may have been designed in USA But made CHINA.

I have emailed them about my option of refund,But heard from them .

On INSTAGRAM,They only have Positive reviews.I do not believe anything is truth in there.
I WANT FULL REFUND WITHOUT QUIBBLE.

I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I placed an order. I ordered 2 pairs of the plantar x wrap. They are ENORMOUS. I followed the instructions faithfully but still the wrap was too big (I can fit my fist in the gap). They also have a horrible odor. Because this company offered a "full refund," I thought it was safe to order from them. But like other reviewers, when I tried to get a refund on these items, I was informed I could pay to mail it to their factory in China(!) or get a 30% refund and keep the item (why would I want to keep this junk???). I generally avoid ordering anything from China because of poor workmanship, poor quality and poor customer service. Had I known this was NOT a US company, I would not have ordered from them. I feel ripped off and very dissatisfied with this company's return policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered 2 of the knee braces, they took my money, and never sent the products! My emails have gone unanswered, and the phone rings and then disconnects. This company is a scam, buyers beware!
