I’ve placed three orders with this…
I’ve placed three orders with this company since December. The first one was delivered on time. Great!! The next order arrived on time but the wrong item was sent. Figuring I could use it anyway, I put in a third order assuming the correct item would be sent. Again, wrong item. I’ve tried to contact the company but the emails come back. Will make another attempt before giving up and arriving at conclusions. Do be aware.
UPDATE: as promised, Daniela at Carethy got in touch, investigated my situation thoroughly, professionally, quickly and in a friendly way…..and issued a refund. The problem lay with the product company changing product without updating the bar code information, as I suspected. Thank you!

Great service and value for money
Great service and value for money, I buy from them every couple of months. The only thing is there packaging is not the best and as it’s small glass bottles they can easily break as no padding..but if you film or take photos if damaged they do replace.
