I had to cover the cost of a tow truck to transport my car to the service station. Fortunately, aside from the missing battery, everything else was in good condition. After replacing the battery, the car started without any issues and ran smoothly. I immediately contacted the company to explain my situation. All they offered were apologies and explanations that they were not responsible for the missing battery, even though it was not mentioned in their report or on their website.

Overall, communication with the broker was good, although I sometimes had to wait for responses. The important thing is that all issues were eventually resolved, and I’m satisfied with the result. I would consider using them again, especially given their reputation in the American car auction market.
