Stress free car finance!
I have used car finance 247 three times now and each time has been hassle and stress free, really great customer service.
Arfa Shahzad has helped me on two of those occasions, she is wonderful and really knows what she’s talking about and explains things clearly and confidently and is very patient with me when I’m asking so many questions! She was very helpful both times and I’m really glad she was the one to help me finance a car again this time.

From start to finish the process was seamless. It took less than 28 hours to secure my car loan and car delivered within a week (only due to my availability).
Zam was professional and helpful throughout. He was able to get me a good deal. Low interest rate, no deposit and a reasonable monthly payment.
I am hopeful that the car keeps serving me.

Generally the experience was ok
Generally the experience was ok. It started well but took a downturn. My account manager went on holiday midway through the process without informing me. And the colleague who replaced him wasn't always available. Leaving me to do a lot of the chasing making calls for updates as my calls weren't always returned. The process took almost a week as the communication between the financial and dealer wasn't timely and at times confusing.
