Wow! I was really surprised how easy it was, the communication was great but the key factor for me was Cory. Having never done this before he explained everything really calmly and professionally at every point he made sure I was comfortable with what was happening. It was clear to me he would not proceed until I was happy and that made this a fantastic experience. If I ever have to sell another car, the Carfish Team will be my first call. Sold my car with Carfish, they made it so simple and easy. Olly helped me arrange a home collection for my vehicle, and was friendly, polite, and clear with instructions. Cory came to collect my car on the day we arranged, and was also very friendly, polite, and made the process quick and simple. Neither of them put any pressure on or rushed the process, and my car was taken away without me needing to leave my driveway! Payment was transferred to my account before I parted with the keys! Decided to part with my pride and joy when Oli from Carfish called to chat about my car. Oli was polite, friendly and even offered me a price on my car within a few minutes. Two days later Corey came to meet me and check the car over. To be fair that morning was horrendous weather and the car wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to have been for an inspection, but Corey still delivered a professional opinion. The price quoted by Oli at the office was honored without any haggling and left me very happy. 5 stars to Carfish and the staff for the easiest sale of a car I have ever had.

Totally easy transaction and polite and efficient service.

Corey and Steve arrived on time and were very professional and polite.

They were extremely meticulous and found some small flaws in my Porsche Macan which I hadn't detected. They showed me these and we agreed a new price for the sale which was acceptable.
Will use them again.
