A ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AMAZING CAR DEALER
I recently bought a car through Cargem and my salesman/dealer Enys was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Communication was genuinely 10/10.
They use WhatsApp, which made everything so easy and efficient, and every time I had a question they replied within seconds. Super quick, clear updates, and no messing about.
Enys was genuinely top class. Friendly, professional, and always on the ball. He kept me updated constantly and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free from day one.
Really decent service all round and I couldn’t fault it.
Highly recommend CarGEM, and especially Enys if you’re looking to buy a car.

Sold my car to CarGem through Carwow. When they arrived to check the car it turned out there were electrical issues revealed by the diagnostic test. They initially wanted to knock £2000 off the initial offer however Sadaan worked some magic and made sure I got as close to the original offer despite these issues.
Obviously not the outcome I was wanting but I still felt very looked after and that CarGem did their best to keep me happy.

sold me a Mercedes car with lots of hidden issues, in the first 6 months it’s gone into limp mode with full electrical failures 8 times. Cost me thousands to fix. The warranty covered nothing that was wrong with it. A lifelong mechanic friend told me there would be no why they didn’t know of these issues.

IF YOUR CAR IS BOUGHT BY CARGEM ON MOTORWAY CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE BULLIES AND CORRUPT. THEY WILL PLACE THE HIGHEST BID BUT NOT EVEN LOOK AT YOUR PHOTOS AND THEN TRY AND KNOCK MONEY OFF UPON COLLECTION.
Today I had a horrific experience with Cargem whereby they have used bullying tactics to try and buy my car for an unreasonable price. Cargem bought my car for £400 less than the guide price via Motorway. The damage on my car was clearly listed in the ad on Motorway with clear photos of all issues. Cargem had already bought my car for £400 less than the guide price so had accounted for this damage. The guys who came to my home to assess the car found 3 additional minor scratches that can be buffed out at no cost to the dealer. These were fed back and I was offered £11600. Cargem explained that there was some damage that was listed on my ad as a ‘scratch’, however apparently this is actually a paintwork issue that would cost £800 to fix, hence the £800 reduction. Cargem confirmed that they do not pay to fix scratches but that this damage would need to be paid for and money deducted as this was supposedly not made known to them. Therefore, Cargem have tried to knock money off purely for damage that was clearly visible on the ad! There were 3 clear photos on the motorway app of this damage where it is clear what the extent of it is. I am not a professional and do not know the correct term for this mark - to me, ‘scratch or scuff’ would accurately describe this, however the photos were there for clarity. The dealer told me that there are 52 photos on my ad and they do not look at the photos, rather, just read the listing. It is not my fault you chose to buy a car and did not read the listing. Would any sane person buy something blind without seeing photos? Why am I spending so long taking photos of my car if the dealer does not even look at them. This is their fault entirely and I should not be penalised for this.
I was then offered £12100. I stated that I would accept no less than £12300 (£100 less than they bought it for, but over £500 less than what motorway had listed the car as). I believe this persons name was Junaid however upon trying to contact Cargem afterwards, they would not confirm the name. I have since text the number to no avail, and when I have called he has denied all knowledge of our previous conversation and refused to give his name (and again been extremely rude).
Junaid told me that he would need to inform Motorway of the additional damage and this may impact any future offers I get. This is bullying behaviour to try and make me feel I have no option but to sell him my car. The guy who came to collect the car also observed this whole conversation to be bullying.
Somebody else from Cargem then called me back (Mikey?) and told me that there was black gunk in the oil tank and this is the start of a huge problem that could cost thousands to fix. I asked why they had not mentioned this to be an issue before I demanded £12300, he could not answer this question. He told me he was previously a mechanic at Mercedes and this is the start of a huge issue for me and I should hear his offer to save the headache of going elsewhere to have this fixed. I said if he is not going to give me the amount I want I don’t want to entertain the conversation. I then asked Mikey what the name of his colleague was who spoke to me so rudely before, and conveniently he did not know what his name was. Funny how this ‘huge’ issue was not even raised when they wanted to settle a deal of £12100?
The two men who came to collect the car (nothing to do with Cargem) were so lovely and made me feel so at ease, as I had been quite nervous about the whole process being a woman on my own. I now know that I was right to feel this way in respect of Cargem. Motorway offered reassurance previously that Cargem are a trusted dealer and there would be no issues. It seems Cargem like to try and bully and target women who they think don’t know any better. Thank you so much to the lovely men who were with me for 1.5 hours and made such an awful experience that little bit more bearable.
Please if your car is bought by Cargem just cancel immediately. Absolute cowboy bullies.

BV17 - I had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle thanks to Nikki. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, kind, patient and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel reassured. I truly appreciate Nikki's honesty and assistance. I would highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking to buy a car, thank you!!!!

Agreed to purchase my car via Motorway at an agreed price and then when it came to the collection day, they made things up about my car saying things needed renewing on the car like brake disks when there was nothing wrong with them and even the guy collecting said there was nothing wrong with them and they are just trying it on to chip the price. Really poor form and not to be trusted.
