Die Carglass GmbH hat mit 330 Service Centern und mehr als 380 mobilen Einheiten ein einzigartiges Netzwerk an Stationen für die Reparatur und den Neueinbau von Fahrzeugglas in Deutschland. Das Unternehmen hilft Autofahrern im ganzen Bundesgebiet und bearbeitet jährlich rund 1,2 Millionen Kundenanfragen. Für die Reparatur setzen die geschulten Carglass-Monteure das eigens vom Unternehmen entwickelte und patentierte Verfahren „Glass Medic“ ein. Das Auto ist innerhalb von circa 30 Minuten wieder fahrbereit. Beim Neueinbau von Windschutz-, Seiten- oder Heckscheiben greift der Fahrzeugglasspezialist auf eine Bandbreite von insgesamt rund 50.000 verschiedenen Scheiben, die es derzeit auf dem Markt gibt, zurück. Dabei entsprechen alle Produkte den gleichen Qualitätsanforderungen wie die Originalscheiben der Fahrzeughersteller. Carglass kann unabhängig von Hersteller, Typ oder Baujahr alle Fahrzeugscheiben reparieren oder neu einbauen – in den meisten Fällen selbst bei ausgelaufenen Modellen, Young- oder Oldtimern sowie Spezialfahrzeugen. Carglass führt außerdem flächendeckend in ganz Deutschland die fachmännische Kalibrierung der Kameras und Sensoren von Fahrzeugen mit Fahrerassistenzsystemen (FAS) durch, wenn der Hersteller dies nach dem Neueinbau einer Windschutzscheibe vorsieht.

Transparent service
Transparent service, front of desk personnel was clear on my options and expectations. Offered an earlier service since I dropped in earlier, very happy with the service and outcome, after a not so positive experience with my own insurance company re: windscreen crack on passenger side.

It was a perfect time with Carglass
It was a perfect time with Carglass, employees speak good English and very kind. It took me 3 hours to repair my front windshield, instead of five hours.

I had a good experience here
I had a good experience here. The people in front desk were friendly (not usual in Germany) and the repair was good and fast.
About the price I can't say much, as it was covered by insurance.
My only unsatisfactory experience was trying to call. It takes a while and you have to go through a bunch of filters before you can talk to someone. And that someone is not even sitting in the local office.
