Paid out quick and easily
Hired a Car in the UK. There was the tiniest scratch on the car which may have been there before we got the car (It was small and very hard to see). After we got back and submitted all the documents, they paid us back our claim about a week later. No fuss or bother, could not recommend their service more.

Beware, they may not pay you out the full cost charged to your credit card by the car rental company in the case of an accident.
I made a claim to recover the cost after a stone had been thrown into my windscreen, necessitating a replacement. The claim was mostly paid, but not the portion relating to the mandatory airport "Concession Recovery Fee" (15.61% plus 5% tax) charged on the costs of replacing windscreen, admin fee and loss of use.
Despite it being impossible to rent a car from the terminal without agreeing to the Concession Recovery Fee and the costs being directly attributable to the windscreen damage, that portion of my claim was denied on the basis that they do not "directly relate to externally caused damage to the rental vehicle".
I have given this rating 2, rather than 1, star because they paid most of the claim and answered correspendence in an appropriate timescale.
