Very happy customer for the past 15 years
I have used this company many times over the past 15 years or so and have been very happy with the service, particularly when I needed to make claim a few years ago. Good value for money too. Much better than taking the insurance offered by the car rental companies.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unaware of your policy auto-renewal, and we understand how frustrating that can feel.
We would like to clarify that a renewal reminder email was sent to you six weeks prior to your renewal date, with a further reminder sent on 25/01/2026. At the beginning of our communication, we also advised that we attempted to contact you by phone but were unfortunately unable to get through.
As part of our renewal process, payment is taken two weeks prior to the policy start date. This is specifically to allow customers sufficient time to review their renewal terms and contact us if they wish to make any amendments or cancel the policy.
Your policy is currently within the 14-day cooling-off period. We can therefore proceed with cancellation and issue a full refund, provided there are no pending or outstanding claims on the policy.
We have sent you an email explaining the following and regarding the cancellation procedure as well.
We look forward to resolving this for you.
