Good car, when we arrived, the lady at the front desk as well as the guy who explains the car were very nice and helpful
the car was clean and all accessories were there. The only concern was the "black box" or internal GPS which was not aligned with the actual speed limits, so often the alarm started to ring despite the fact we could drive faster.

Good service by very friendly staff and most important: reliable and well maintained cars!

The car company is off airport grounds, but conveniently located about 10 minutes away, nested in the lobby of the Holiday Inn - Airport.

You have got to ask for MARIA: she's one of the hardest car rental front desk employees, that I've ever met. The week that my family were visiting Orlando, her colleague's mother took sick, leaving Maria to handle 'pick-ups and returns, and she was handling it, as if she was 'cloned' ... smiling!

Once she discovered that we had an infant with us, she immediately recommended an SUV, and priced it out. The return was as smooth as the pick up was.
