I ordered 2 candles £36 and never heard anything back. I sent two emails and had no replies. Eventually received a refund from PayPal but nothing at all from the company. Don’t understand the reviews and great communication and delivery. Would not order from this company as unable to contact.

I'm a returning customer, and have ordered quite a bit. I have been 100% happy with all my purchases, good value for money, love the ethical views of the owner, extremely well packaged (recycled packaging so little to no environmental impact) and the owner is super helpful.
