Caribbean Sun Tours and Travel Reviews 4

I booked myself on Caribbean Sun Tours and Travels and paid them in advance through Expedia, with a cancellation time of 24 hours before the trip started. I wanted to speak to them 2 days before the start of the tour, but there was no response on the phone. Twelve hours before the tour could start, they sent me a WhatsApp app changing the tour time from 9 AM to 7 AM, which was not possible for me to do, so I requested them to start the tour per the itinerary given at the time of booking the tour, but they have not changed anything. I somehow managed to come to the pickup point at 7 AM, but nobody came for my pick up, and when I asked for a refund, they also refused a refund. I found them not authentic for advance payments. I lost my money. Please do not pay till they come for your pick up.

Terrible communication - ripped me off
If I could give -20 I would. Never communicated to meet me off the plane. Made me pay £80 for a transfer i didn't need. Turned up for an appointment they didn't make with me in St Lucia. Utterly hopeless and refuse to refund transfer cost for their incompetence. DO NOT USE. BA should drop you too

I booked a full day saona island with caribbean Sun Tours and my girlfriend and I had a exquiste time , John and the rest of the group took care people took a variety of photigraps . They made my first snorkeling good and it turned into out of the country /Island at that and to finish it all off with a bit island join up and cerebration . I would tey this ince more and advocate for others to attempt it out as well
