Purchased a windbreaker jacket. Really nice to wear and very well designed. HOWEVER the build quality is poor. In just over a year the zip has failed. Contacted customer service, only to find shocking customer service and little desire to help. I notice from other reviews this is a common problem

Have 2x carinthia jackets one the zip at the bottom has splayed, clearly a manufacturing issue. Emailed carinthia and they said they would send a new zip out. Second carinthia same. Deal but the zip dosnt zip up properly. If your paying 700-800 for a jacket. Your expecting good quality and if there's a manufacturing issue, then that's on the company to rectify this issue
Horrible just avoid I spend 750£ for the micro bivy tent the tent was in my shelf 8 month I used only 3 month in desert and the tape pilling off just horrible for this money ! I don't believe it's waterproof anyway! It's most horrible purchase I did ! Just don't trust this company they cost expensive but the quality is rubbish! Trust me !

Carinthia sent my a broken sleeping bag and the quality of their products is bad. Their service is even worse. It was for a gift, will not arrive in time. They asked me to buy again to speed up process but cannot assure I will have the gift. Very annoying return process. Quality control and service are the worst ones in the world.
