Technically incompetent or stupid

Technically incompetent or stupid. In any case, they couldn't care less about customers.

Six years ago, I bought two designer radiators for €3500. Not exactly cheap. The heat output specified in the technical data was 3300W at dT/50°. That should have been easy enough, the old radiators had less.
Unfortunately, however, the flat never really got warm, and additional heating was always needed when the outside temperature was below zero. Adjusting the heating circuit and other measures were unsuccessful.

Whilst looking for new radiators, I checked the Carisa again ... what can I say, now they only had 800W at dT/50°! The same radiator! What the heck!

Maybe Carisa, no one told you that sizing and ordering such things is based on technical data. So this data has to be 100% correct. And if you discover it is not, why didn't you take action and inform distributors and customers?

And by the way, thank you for not answering my / my distributors request for explanation since weeks. That is really customer service at it's best.

As of today I received an answer from my supplier. Carisa wrote them, the tech data wasn't correct because of a PRINTING ERROR. Honestly?
Imagine Carisa supplying thousands of radiators to a large bureau complex build with wrong data; they will be sued into bankruptcy ...

People, don't buy this stuff, the data is not reliable, the people are not communicative.

Don’t go near this company

Don’t go near this company,I have 4 Carisa nemo doubles in black down stairs in my open plan home and all of them have failed and leaked,I am now in the process of replacing yet another one which has failed, this will now be 6,i am totally heartbroken as my pipe work has been fitted that it would cost a fortune to have it all re done so I just have to stick with it and every time one fails and leaks they send me a replacement that basically I don’t want because I’m convinced it will fail again at some point, the National salesman called Barry has telephoned me only after the owner of the shop i purchased them from went crazy at him for not making any effort to contact me,and when he did he never even apologised and I wasn’t even offered any reimbursement for plumbers fees and no compensation for my misery, all he basically said was that they are all thoroughly tested in their factories, which I find laughable and he did finally admit that there was a bad batch that had been sent out to suppliers who then sold them to customers like me by which time these bad batch nemo radiators was in circulation,I am gutted and so dissatisfied to not even be offered a penny for my heartache is a total DISGRACE and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy carisa radiators, very very dissatisfied upset customer MR Michael Molyneaux, great sankey,Warrington,Cheshire

Avoid Carisa radiators

Donald - the review below- you must work for Carisa as you have reviewed another company owned by Carisa radiators- No1radiators- on the same day. The radiators are substandard. i should know as unfortunately I purchased 5 carisa radiators but 3 leaked which caused damage to the laminate floor & walls. I would advise anyone not to go near the Carisa brand or their online store No1radiators.co.uk . Buy at your peril .

Awful radiator company

Awful radiator company. It's been a twelve week agony to get two wrong leaking (new) radiators replaced. The new ones have since been delivered with damage and loose caps that keep falling off with customer service ignoring me. Most painful transaction of my life. Would recommend everyone to stay away from them!!
