Order arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service was great. I absolutely love the extensions! My husband didn't even notice because the color was spot on! I have already washed the straight extension, and used conditioner on it. It is much softer and doesn't get tangled so easily now

They are not clear on their returns or their policy. The commercial make it seem so easy and no fuss but that’s not the case. Make sure you read all policy returns or you will end up settling with only $17.70 as your refund after you have spent $59 on your hair!!

Still waiting on a reply from the company after a week! My halo extensions don’t have the clips for extra stability. I think these are knock offs because noones helping me with my inquiry and they are not staying on my head due to no clips! The extensions are beautiful but I can’t get them to stay on.
