Brilliant service, highly recommend

Great customer service and so helpful throughout the whole process!

Paul and Kerry were great throughout, communication and effort from them was spot on. I would highly recommended. Recieved my Golf yesterday and I’m made up with it.

Enquired with car lease agent through a comparison platform for my wife, however I haven’t heard back after a number of days -terrible service! Price also seemed too good to be true - possible click bate.

This was my first time getting a car on lease. Last month my first car I ever bought was stolen (BMW M3) so to get it was only right to replace it. I got the BMW M135i through car lease agent. Its safe to say going forward this is the only leasing company I will use. Also a special thank to Kerry and Jason who made it easier for me and got me into my car as soon as possible! I'll be back soon guys!

In January 2020, my beloved BMW’s engine died and there was no way to revive it! I was gutted but also annoyed that this was my second car in a row that had come to the same fate! Older cars were costing me a lot of money! Therefore, I knew that the next car I had was going to be a leased car.

However, I had never leased a car before and didn’t know where to start! I did some initial internet research and worked out the average costs for the car I wanted. I sent a few enquiry emails to a few companies but none had got back to me! I was now without a car for two weeks and that is when Cieran called me out of the blue! He had the car I wanted! I was delighted!

Cieran helped me through the whole process, from initial discussions about budgets and timelines, to the paperwork getting done and then to the car finally being delivered! A brilliant service!

I trust that when my lease is up, Cieran will support me I finding my next car!

I just wanted to drop you an email to thank you for the excellent service I received from car lease agent. I have never leased a car before and you were very patient and sent me great quotes enabling me to have an excellent choice of vehicles at great prices. The processes were very straight forward and I was updated throughout the process by yourself as well as Johnsons, who delivered the car.
I am very happy with the price I am paying per month and not having to pay out a lump sum is a bonus. My car, The SEAT Arona is excellent. I would highly recommend car lease agent.

I wasn't really sure about leasing vs buying but Cieran talked me through the whole process, explained the pros and cons and helped find me a great deal. I don't feel that he was too pushy, simply that he knew the benefits and was able to explain them to me really well. I'm thrilled with the car that we leased and we ended up coming in way under budget which meant we were able to get the car we actually wanted rather than the compromise car I thought we were going to end up with.

Really great experience and I'll definitely be coming back to them when the lease is up.
